where to report
You can go to the Gender-Based Violence Recovery Centre at Coast General Teaching and Referral Hospital, which offers combined medical care, counselling, and police-liaison support for survivors, or report at any police station.
what to bring
No ID is needed to be treated, and care must be given whether or not you have reported to the police. The clinician fills in the official Post Rape Care form, and the police-linked form is the P3.

The Coast General GBVRC runs a 24-hour emergency response service, and other sources note the best chance of preventing HIV, STIs, and pregnancy is reporting to a hospital within 72 hours of the assault.

No official source sets out a fixed reporting deadline for adult sexual assault in Kenya. Report and seek care as soon as it is safe to.
