Two sealed reports naming the same identifier are the only thing that opens a seal, and even then nothing is published. You are told a match exists. You are never told who.
Everyone else is an alias. Escrow verifies and stores the source URL, and without one the name never renders anywhere on the site.
Naming here is gated on a public record, not on consensus. That is what keeps you out of a defamation fight, and it is why the map can stay up for years.
