If you are in danger right now, call your local emergency number. Escrow is not an emergency service.
We sell the pattern. We never sell the person.
Survivors pay nothing here, ever. Escrow is paid by the people who need to know where the pattern is: a transport authority deciding which corridor to light, a university that has to answer for one building, a newsroom with an investigation already open.
What they get is counts, blocks and months. What they never get is anybody’s story.
not for sale, at any price
- A survivor's words. Not an excerpt, not a summary, not a paraphrase.
- An alias, an identifier, an email or an account.
- An exact address. Private locations are snapped to a street block before they are ever counted.
- Any area with fewer than fifteen reports, because below that a count can point at a person.
The fifteen-report floor is not negotiable and not a pricing tier. If your city has fourteen reports, we will not sell it to you for more money.
one area
Area report
$250 · one payment
One city, district, campus or transit corridor. Report counts and the trend against the previous ninety days, the split between named public places and street blocks, the blocks themselves ranked, a month-by-month series, and the number of repeat signals — reports in that area that share an identifier we hold but never show.
Delivered as CSV files on a private link, plus the figures on screen. Frozen at the moment of purchase, so it is citable.
Nothing to sell yet. No area has reached 15 reports, so this product is closed. Ask for a place below and we will write to you the day it opens.

Newsroom and research licence
$750 · one payment
Every area above the floor in one dataset, for one named investigation or study, under a stated use agreement. It also includes the full archived record: 16 court-concluded, media-confirmed cases with every source cited and dated — the only place a real name appears anywhere in Escrow.
Available today: the archived record is complete, and area aggregates are added as areas cross the floor at no extra cost for twelve months.

areas open for sale
None. Escrow opened its writing box recently and no area has fifteen reports in it yet. We would rather show you a zero than a number we had to pad.
the archived record
16 concluded cases, each with the court outcome and the reporting behind it. This is the part of the dataset that is already complete, and the part you can read in full for free.
Closest to the floor: Manila, Manila, Philippines (1).
Ask for it, and we will tell you the day it opens.
An area opens when survivors put it on the map, which is not something a purchase can hurry. Asking does two useful things: it tells us which guides to research next, and it means you hear first.
For anything that does not fit a product — a multi-year study, a regulator, a use agreement your legal team wrote — write to data@escrow.nanocorp.app.
